Trevor Hicks came to Chicago to pick my coach up and drove it to Tiffin. Trevor delivered it to and from Outback and performed a detailed PDI inspection for me prior to leaving Red Bay. Thank goodness he did because he caught an error message on my Spyder panel. He was able to get a tech out immediately to fix it. Overall the experience was awesome. I was able to get a great deal of work done both by Tiffin and the after hours vendors seamlessly. There is no other manufacturer that has the ability to get done what I did without leaving my house thanks to Trevor Hicks and Red Bay Shuttle Services.
